School Standards

 

Christian conduct and conversation are to be the norm throughout the school day and school year.

The golden rule is taught and practiced! Students are required to act in an orderly and respectful manner, maintaining Christian standards in courtesy, kindness, language, morality, and honesty. Students must agree to strive toward unquestionable character in dress, conduct, and attitude.

Special classes

GHBS offers several classes to help students develop life skills, as well as develop character. Physical Education, Home Economics, Leadership, Music, and Bible Doctrines are available this year. In the past we have also offered Shop, Art, and Musical Instrument lessons.

 

Activities

Special activities include quarterly field trips, weekly picnics for those who qualify, Christmas and Easter programs, and short trips to sing in the community.
